Fees

Fees are based upon an hourly rate with a guaranteed maximum for a range of services required by the Client
Additional Consulting such as Structural, Landscaping and Interior Design will be coordinated by Colin Darling Design and negotiated separately as required by the project .

Initial Consultation

Initial meeting with potential Client and/or site visit to discuss the scope of services and project requirements is provided without charge.
